These terms apply to purchases of digital products on grenierroger.com, the online store of Grenier Roger, an author-publisher based in Quebec, Canada.
Digital products
The store offers ebooks, guides and PDF documents, as well as Excel workbooks. No physical product is shipped. The language, format, content, and typing or printing features are specified on each product page. Please check these characteristics and the required software before purchasing.
Prices and payment
The store’s base currency is the Canadian dollar (CAD). Other currencies may be offered. The total amount and payment currency are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is securely processed by Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your financial institution may charge its own currency conversion fees.
Orders and downloads
You can review and correct your cart before confirming your purchase. Files are available after payment confirmation through the download links in your order. If you choose to create an account during checkout, you can also access your orders and downloads there. No physical shipping fees apply.
Refunds and assistance
Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind after download, subject to your rights under applicable law.
If a file is defective, inaccessible, or does not match its description, contact us. We will help you access the product or provide a corrected file. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected product. If you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
To request assistance or a refund, email grenierroger@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send your bank card details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible; the time required for the credit to appear depends on your financial institution.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any legal warranties, cancellation or refund rights, or other remedies available under applicable law. Downloading a file does not automatically waive those rights.
